Samsung Beat, the new music phone

Samsung Electronics on Thursday launched its newest music phone, Samsung beat (model M3510) as the starters of the company's music phone line The Beat Edition TM". Steve Han, Country Manager Samsung Electronics said the new music phones offer heart-beating music experience to music-loving mobile users who lead dynamic and passionate lifestyle.


M3510 is equipped with Digital Natural Sound engine, also known as DNSeTM, which is inherited from Samsung's own audio technology, provides more natural sound effects, perfectly overcoming the limitations of sound from earphones and small speakers in portable devices. It reproduces a genuine 3D sound and deep bass resonance.

Samsung unveils INNOV8

Samsung has announced much hyped mobile phone INNOV8 or i8510 in the market. It is the world's first 8 Mega Pixels camera phone along with blink shot, smile shot and face recognition. The handset promises that with the help of innov8 one would be able to capture and store all the memories in style.

Announcing the product Steve Han, Country Manager, Samsung Pakistan, said innov8 is made for tech-savvy users for best possible multimedia entertainment, and with the 8-megapixel camera, pre-embedded 3D games, high speed data connections true entertainment is assured.

Google Phone unveiled

One of the long-awaited wireless product has been announced by the Search Giant, Google Phone, is an open-source package that would help making cell phones cheaper and with full web browsing technology. This software will also power thousands of different phone models.


This new platform has been supported by number of comapnies including Samsung, Motorola, LG and HTC, pushing new alliance with mobile phone industry. HTC will be releasing new phones on this platform this month.

It will also allow users to build their own mobile cell phones.

Sprint Launches iPhone Competitor

In Las Vegas Sprint has announced a new mobile called the Instinct made by Samsung. It weighs in and is about the same size as the iPhone, and seems to use similar interface ideas. One of the most touted features of the Instinct over the iPhone is the ability to run on EVDO Rev. A, which can achieve much faster speeds than AT&Ts EDGE network. Instinct will come with a 2GB microSD card and it can be expanded up to 8GB. It also features a 2 megapixel camera, GPS navigation (using Telenav), Visual Voicemail (using the touch screen to scan through and browse voicemail messages), and two 1000 mAmp batteries giving up to 5.75 hours of talk time each, as well as some other accessories.
